Crimson Desert Expands With In-Progress DLC and Expanded Roadmap

Pearl Abyss has revealed a second content roadmap for Crimson Desert, confirming a DLC is in development and detailing free updates planned through September. The updates aim to improve story coherence, overhaul the Re-Blockade flow and defenses, add new Greymane-focused combat content, introduce cross-save across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, enhance Damiane and Oongka gameplay, and refine non-combat QoL features like trading and farming. The studio says these changes are meant to feel like a meaningful addition to the open-world game, potentially signaling a sequel-level expansion in the making.
