TL;DR
Two new hotfixes have been released for Diablo IV, tweaking the Sorcerer, the Rogue, and the strength of monsters later in the game. Hotfix 2 reduced the drop rate for an item and fixed a handful of bugs, while Hotfix 1 made changes to the Sorcerer's Flame Shield Enchantment, the Rogue's Inner Sight, and removed the Shout Skill Cooldown Reduction from items.
