TL;DR

Former ZA/UM writers Argo Tuulik and Dora Klindžić speak out about the studio's alleged decline, citing canceled projects, crunch, burnout, and conflicts. They claim that the company's culture worsened after a video on the ousting of key Disco staff and blame co-shareholder Tõnis Haavel for the studio's troubles. Tuulik and Klindžić describe ZA/UM as a cold, careless company where managers wage war against creatives and corporate strategy is formed with disdain for the audience.
