"Google and Taito Launch AR Space Invaders Game for Android and iOS"
TL;DR
Google and Taito have released a new augmented reality game called Space Invaders: World Defense on Android and iOS. The game allows players to use their phones to destroy virtual aliens in the real world. This release comes at a time when other AR games have struggled, but the concept of the game and its use of Google's ARCore technology could make it a fun experience. However, it remains to be seen if the game will maintain long-term interest.
