TL;DR

Rockstar Games has introduced CJ's outfit from GTA San Andreas into GTA Online as a free unlockable called "The Mr. Right," which requires completing Tier 4 challenges in 30 areas through the Career Progress system. This marks the highest requirement for unlocking a protagonist outfit in the game. Fans of GTA San Andreas can now aim to rock CJ's iconic outfit with their GTA Online character, while new challenges have been released to aid in unlocking the attire.
