Take-Two, the parent company of Rockstar, has hinted that Grand Theft Auto VI could be released in 2024 or early 2025. The company expects to achieve $8 billion in net bookings in fiscal year 2025, and the Grand Theft Auto franchise has historically been one of its biggest moneymakers. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick refused to confirm or deny whether GTA 6 will be released next year. Leaked gameplay footage from last year showed two playable protagonists committing crimes in a fictionalized version of Miami.
