Hamster Aims to Push Console Archives Beyond 800 Titles on Switch 2

Hamster plans to grow its Console Archives library on Switch 2 well beyond 800 titles, aiming to surpass the 800-title milestone set for its Arcade Archives; CEO Satoshi Hamada says there are many more home console games than arcade releases and the series launched in February 2026 with Cool Boarders and Ninja Gaiden II, recently adding Master of Monsters: Disciples of Gaia, with weekly new releases expected as the library expands.
