Hollow Knight Switch 2 Edition: Free Upgrade Spruces Up Hallownest
TL;DR
Hollow Knight’s Nintendo Switch 2 Edition offers a free upgrade that improves performance and visuals on Switch 2, delivering up to 4K (dock) / 1080p (handheld) and 120fps options, along with reduced input delay and enhanced lighting and color. While changes are incremental and not transformative for every player, many will notice crisper visuals and a more responsive feel, making a replay or new run feel more polished—especially on handheld.
