TL;DR
Insider Gaming reports a PS5 remake of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, titled Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced, with a targeted July 9, 2026 release. Ubisoft reportedly confirmed a remake last month, and a planned reveal was postponed to next week, with a 30-minute presentation sent to select media. The remake is described as a reworked update that stays as a dedicated remake (no RPG elements), though leaks hint at added story content and the removal of some sections.
