TL;DR

Sorcerers in Diablo 4 can unlock Enchantment Slots by completing the Legacy of the Magi quest, which becomes available at level 15. The quest takes players to the Lost Archives dungeon to recover The Forgotten Codex and perform a ritual in an Abandoned Shack. Once completed, players can choose up to two learned spells to boost via passive enhancements in their Enchantment Slots. The second slot unlocks at level 30.
