TL;DR

The Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection, releasing digitally on October 30, 2025, will include various Mortal Kombat titles, including handheld versions, which will be exclusively single-player due to emulation challenges and the solitary nature of handheld gaming. Digital Eclipse explained that multiplayer features are not included initially but may be considered as future DLC depending on the collection's success.
