Nintendo's Metroid Prime 4: Beyond Explores New Territory Amid Mixed Reviews
TL;DR
Nintendo's Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is set between Super Metroid and Metroid Fusion, with the story involving time travel and dimension-hopping, allowing for an original setting that doesn't heavily impact the existing timeline. This marks a departure from previous Prime games, which were set in their own universe, and provides clarity on where the game fits in the overall Metroid series.
