TL;DR

Digital owners of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth are unable to platinum the game due to a bug introduced in the 1.020 patch, which prevents completion of the Can't Stop, Won't Stop side quest. Players with physical copies can work around the issue, but digital owners will have to wait for a fix from Square Enix.
