Sims 4 June Patch Preview: Gallery, Notifications, and Live Mode Bug Fixes

The Sims Team released the June 23, 2026 Laundry List detailing 10+ fixes heading to The Sims 4 in the upcoming patch. Highlights include windows/doors staying aligned with walls across all graphics settings; a fix for partnered Sims forming an unexpected relationship when leaving Create a Sim (not retroactive in all saves); Gallery improvements to prevent thumbnail UI hangs and avoid soft-locks when downloading tattoos; a remedy for potential endless loading/save corruption when placing certain Gallery lots; migration of scratch files to AppData on Mac; and broader Live Mode/Notification enhancements to make alerts and phone calls more intuitive. The patch is expected to arrive later this month (within the next week).
