TL;DR

The rumored Q-Lite handheld device from Sony will be a cloud-only device limited to the PlayStation 5 ecosystem and specifically to Remote Play. It won't support other cloud services such as PC's GeForce NOW, Game Pass Ultimate, Boosteroid, and the like. The device is expected to be released in November alongside a slew of additional Sony hardware, including the previously rumored PlayStation 5 console with a detachable disc drive, new earbuds, and new headsets. The Q-Lite is expected to retail for around $200 and will be seen as an accessory to the PlayStation 5 rather than a proper handheld.
