TFT 16.8: Final Set Tuning, Choncc Rework, and Festival Revival

Teamfight Tactics patch 16.8 is the last patch before Lore & Legends goes live, delivering carry buffs, lore tweaks, and a major overhaul to Choncc’s Treasure (with new opening encounters and a secret reward). Unlocks for Aurelion Sol and Zaahen are adjusted to ease access, while a broad balance pass hits several units/traits (including Darkin, Gwen, Malzahar, Sona, and Yordle). Ornn receives a lore-based boost, Zaahen becomes more accessible, and Augments are re-enabled after 16.6 with some Trials disabled. The Festival of Beasts revival brings wide trait and unit changes, plus bug fixes and new shop behavior for Choncc.
