CD Projekt Red has released Patch 4.03 for The Witcher 3 on Xbox consoles, which includes gameplay and quest fixes, performance improvements, and an option to auto-apply oils in combat. The patch also stops Geralt from eating and drinking while underwater, as the team felt it was too unrealistic. The update will soon be available for both Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
