Hideo Kojima revealed new details about the upcoming PlayStation 5 sequel to Death Stranding, titled Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, at Sony’s 2024 State of Play showcase. The lengthy trailer showcased returning protagonists and new characters, including those played by George Miller and Fatih Akin. The game features an epic battle and is bound for PS5, with no release date announced yet. Kojima Productions is also working on the horror game OD and a film adaptation of Death Stranding.
