Wisps and Wilds Rise in TFT Patch 18.1: Enchanted Wilds Expands the Forest

Enchanted Wilds introduces a reworked Wisps (formerly Charms) mechanic with seven categories and planning-phase purchasing, where Wisps appear in every other shop and power up at milestones. The patch adds multiple new verticals and champions—Blossom (Wisp synergy), Riftbeast, Coven, Elderwood, Sprykin, Blackthorn, Fae, Inferno, and Adaptor—along with notable units like Maokai, Taric, Draven (Bounty Seeker), and Lux as an Avatar with origin-specific effects. Ivern Greenfather brings hex-based terrain bonuses, and 5-cost tanks Maokai and Taric bolster frontline options. The patch goes live August 26 as part of patch 18.1, with balance tweaks expected during PBE testing.
