Witcher 3 Remastered Shines Anew on Series X|S, Teases 2027 Expansion

CD Projekt Red revealed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered for Xbox Series X|S with upgraded textures, lighting, and ray tracing, plus revamped combat, adaptive camera, and a redesigned skill tree. New features include transmogrification, cross‑platform mod support, expanded photo mode, and Xbox Play Anywhere. The upgrade is free for Series X|S owners (Sept 29), and base‑game owners will receive Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine for free. The Songs of the Past expansion is planned for 2027, introducing new monsters, mutagens, and a chain weapon set in the Letten region.
