"Xbox Players Face Unresolved Fallout 4 Achievement Issues"

Fallout 4 achievements on Xbox have been broken since the end of March, with no player able to unlock any achievements in the game or its DLC expansions. The issue seems to be exclusive to the Xbox version, as players on Steam and PlayStation are still able to unlock achievements. Bethesda has acknowledged the problem and is currently investigating. A fix may be rolled out with the Fallout 4 next-gen update on April 25.
