Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 Edition hits pre-orders as Walmart stocks up

Zelda fans can now pre-order the Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition Switch 2 console and Pro Controller, with Walmart currently listing stock at $519 and other retailers following suit. The limited-edition bundle launches Oct 29, ahead of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake for Switch 2 (Nov 5, 2026). The special edition doesn’t include the game, and UK pre-orders went live on Sept 9. Stock is expected to sell out quickly across retailers.
