TL;DR

Digital Foundry's technical analysis of the upcoming Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster praises its fresh visual style but notes performance issues on the Nintendo Switch, with frame rate drops during combat sequences. Suggestions to remedy this include playing with classic visuals or disabling anti-aliasing, and Nightdive Studios has confirmed a patch to address the problem. Despite some technical issues, the game is still considered a triumph, but potential buyers should be aware of these issues before its release.
