Stranger Helps Father Reach Daughter in ICU

When Daniel Willingham's daughter was in the ICU in Toronto, he needed to renew his passport in Washington to get to her, but the office was closed. A young man working there waited for him and gave him his passport. Willingham was able to get to his daughter and she survived. He never properly thanked the young man who helped him.
