Former Vogue Editor's Park Avenue Lair Sells for $2M

Former Vogue editor Grace Mirabella's luxurious 2,200-square-foot co-op on Park Avenue in New York City has been sold for $2 million. The elegant residence, located in a historic Emery Roth-designed building, features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dining room, a wood-paneled library, and an eat-in kitchen. Mirabella lived in the apartment until her death in 2021. The listing brokers were Martha Kramer of Brown Harris Stevens and Joshua Wesoky of Compass, with the buyer represented by Jane Katz of Coldwell Banker Warburg.
