SpaceX has stacked its latest Starship vehicle, the biggest and most powerful rocket ever built, in preparation for its second-ever test flight. The fully reusable Starship is intended to eventually take over all of SpaceX's spaceflight duties, including launching satellites and sending people to the moon and Mars. The first fully stacked Starship flew in April but encountered problems, leading to a self-destruct command. The second vehicle has undergone modifications, including a switch to a "hot staging" strategy. However, the launch is pending FAA approval, as the agency is still reviewing the mishap report from the first flight.
