Apple's Latest Beta Brings Back iPhone's 'End Call' Button to the Middle

Apple has reversed its decision to move the "end call" button to the lower right-hand corner in the latest developer beta of iOS 17, instead placing it back in the middle of the screen. The change comes after Apple had considered the new placement over the summer. The company is also revamping its call ID function with a new feature called "contact posters" and has moved the buttons to the bottom of the screen to accommodate larger photos during phone calls. The user interface change is currently only available in the developer beta and may not be final.
