TL;DR

Dell is expanding its Googlebook lineup beyond the premium XPS models by introducing Annite and Pic—Snapdragon X Plus-powered boards derived from the Dell XPS 13 Googlebook’s Mica baseboard. The release uses an 8-core Oryon CPU with a 45 TOPS Hexagon NPU and is positioned at a more affordable price range (roughly $599–$799) to reach mainstream buyers, signaling a broader, multi-tier Googlebook ecosystem including potential Inspiron/Latitude branding in addition to the flagship devices.
