"Google enhances security and usability of Chrome Password Manager"

Google's Password Manager will soon have biometric authentication on desktop, requiring an additional layer of security before Chrome autofills passwords. The types of biometrics available will depend on the hardware attached to the PC and the operating system. Password Manager on iOS will flag weak and reused passwords via Google's Password Checkup tool and will have a larger prompt to autofill passwords and grouping for multiple accounts. Password Manager now allows users to add notes to saved credentials and can easily import passwords from other password manager apps.
