TL;DR

Google Wallet is introducing a new setting called "Automatically add linked passes," which allows pass providers to automatically add event tickets, promotions, offers, and more to existing passes. This feature is part of the Passes sub-section in Google Wallet settings on Android and is enabled by default. The new preference is included in version 24.10.x of Google Wallet and is designed to streamline the user experience, but concerns about potential abuse and cluttering of pass lists with unwanted promotions and offers remain.
