The launch comes amid two lawsuits alleging dangerous health advice from ChatGPT—one related to a death after Xanax use following Kratom, and another about delayed care for a pulmonary embolism—highlighting ongoing regulatory and safety scrutiny even as more than 300 million people reportedly use ChatGPT weekly for health questions.
