Elon Musk's Controversial Takeover of Twitter Leads to Illegal Firing and Legal Action

Former Twitter employee Yao Yue has filed a legal action against X (formerly Twitter) and its owner Elon Musk, alleging that she was illegally fired in retaliation for challenging the company's return-to-office policy. Yue's complaint, filed by the U.S. National Labor Relations Board, accuses X of violating the National Labor Relations Act, which protects employees' rights to seek better working conditions without fear of retaliation. This is one of at least six NLRB complaints against X and Musk for alleged retaliatory firings. The company denies wrongdoing, and a hearing on the case is scheduled for January 30th.
