FTX Files Lawsuit Against Sam Bankman-Fried's Parents Over Alleged Misappropriation

Cryptocurrency company FTX is suing the parents of its former CEO, Sam Bankman-Fried, alleging that they received millions of dollars in gifts and donations from the company. FTX claims that Joseph Bankman and Barbara Fried used their access and influence within the company to enrich themselves, despite knowing or ignoring the company's financial troubles. The lawsuit also accuses Bankman of attempting to cover up mismanagement and fraud. Bankman-Fried himself is facing federal charges and is currently in jail awaiting trial.
