Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s son arrested, mug shot released in alleged sex crimes case
TL;DR
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery after a female classmate accused him of assault in a gym sauna; a booking mug shot shows him stoic as he remains held without bond ahead of a Sept. 1 court appearance. His attorney and Zolciak deny the allegations, noting no male DNA was found and urging due process while the family, currently amid a high-profile divorce, continues to co-parent.
