"Ceasefire achieved as Nagorno-Karabakh forces comply with Azerbaijan's disarmament demand"

Ethnic-Armenian forces in Nagorno-Karabakh have agreed to Russian terms for a ceasefire, including a demand for complete disarmament. Azerbaijan launched an offensive in the region, demanding a full surrender. Karabakh officials reported at least 32 deaths and 200 wounded since the fighting began.
