TL;DR

Three Palestinian militants were killed in a rare Israeli drone strike in the West Bank, the first such strike since 2006. The Israeli military said it targeted a terrorist cell that carried out a shooting attack near Jalama. Palestinian news agency Wafa identified the militants as members of Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade. The drone strike came amid escalating violence in the territory, including a rampage by Israeli settlers and the shooting of a Palestinian man by Israeli forces.
