Hamas' Brutal Attack on Israeli Kibbutz Exposes Horrific Realities

ABC News reporters were allowed into Kibbutz Kfar Aza in southern Israel to witness the aftermath of a massacre carried out by Hamas fighters. The terrorists stormed through a security fence, shooting indiscriminately at residents, burning homes, and killing entire families. The community, established in 1951, was left devastated, with nearly every home either burned or riddled with bullet holes. The Israeli Defense Forces discovered bodies of entire families, some of whom were mutilated and decapitated. The death toll in the community alone is estimated to be over 100, with more than 1,200 civilians and soldiers killed in Israel since the surprise attack. Retaliatory airstrikes by Israeli forces in Gaza have resulted in at least 950 deaths, including many women and children. President Joe Biden condemned the "bloodthirstiness" of Hamas and expressed support for Israel's right to respond to the attacks.
