"Vermont Man Pleads Not Guilty to Attempted Murder of Palestinian Students"

Jason J. Eaton, a 48-year-old man, pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges after shooting and injuring three college students of Palestinian descent in Burlington, Vermont. The victims, who were wearing Palestinian scarves, were shot while walking near the University of Vermont. Eaton approached them, opened fire, and then fled the scene. The victims sustained gunshot wounds and are currently receiving medical care.
