Hayden Panettiere’s death ruled accidental from fentanyl-tainted meds, coroner says

Panettiere’s death in Greenville, S.C., has been ruled an accidental toxicological death after an autopsy found the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol, and quetiapine as the cause; she was found unresponsive on Aug. 16 and pronounced dead later that day.
