Jonathan Majors' Ex-Girlfriend Arrested for Assault, No Charges Filed
TL;DR
Jonathan Majors' ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, has been charged with assault and criminal mischief in connection with a domestic altercation that occurred seven months ago. Jabbari turned herself in to the NYPD and was released with a desk appearance ticket. The Manhattan District Attorney's Office has decided not to prosecute the case, stating that it lacks prosecutorial merit. Meanwhile, a judge has denied a motion to dismiss the assault case against Majors and set a trial date for November 29. Majors' attorney maintains his innocence and claims that he was the one assaulted.
