TL;DR

Cyberpunk 2077's upcoming Update 2.3 has been delayed from June 26, with no new release date announced. The update, similar in scope to the previous 2.2 patch, will focus on quality-of-life improvements and new features, but not major quests. The delay raises anticipation for potential hints at the upcoming Cyberpunk sequel, possibly set in a new location beyond Night City.
