"Hostage Crisis in Gaza: Families Fearful as Negotiations Stagnate"

Two Tanzanian students participating in an agricultural internship program in Israel have been taken hostage by Hamas in Gaza. The students, Joshua Loitu Mollel and Clemence Felix Mtenga, were among 260 Tanzanian students in Israel. Israel's foreign ministry confirmed the kidnapping and stated that efforts are being made to secure their release. The students were taken hostage during an attack by Hamas gunmen on Kibbutz Nahal Oz. Four hostages have been released so far, while Israel has retaliated with airstrikes in Gaza.
