Russia's Attack on Ukraine's Blood Transfusion Center: Zelensky's Account

A Russian guided air bomb reportedly struck a blood transfusion center in northeastern Ukraine, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky. The attack in the Kupiansk community resulted in casualties and a fire, with rescuers currently working to extinguish the blaze. In a separate incident, Russia allegedly carried out a missile attack on an aeronautical company in the western Khmelnytskyi region. These strikes follow Moscow's accusation that Ukraine targeted a Russian tanker in the Black Sea.
