Fox News faces legal battles over executives and hosts' testimony.

A Delaware judge overseeing a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News warned the network's attorneys not to make him "look like an idiot" after they argued that founder Rupert Murdoch was too infirm to testify at trial next month. Dominion Voting Systems alleges that Fox News executives, including Murdoch, were responsible for broadcasting baseless election fraud claims in late 2020. Fox attorneys deny the allegations and argue that the network was airing newsworthy claims made by then-President Donald Trump and his representatives. The case has so far uncovered thousands of documents and prompted scores of depositions.
