Multiple States Ravaged by Deadly Tornadoes.

A tornado touched down in North Little Rock, Arkansas, causing "significant damage" and leaving at least three people dead and dozens injured. The state's governor declared a state of emergency and activated the National Guard. The severe weather also caused damage in the towns of Wynne, Jacksonville, and Sherwood. Tornado watches covered a swath from eastern Texas to southern Wisconsin, with many tornadoes expected, as well as widespread hail and wind gusts up to 70 mph. Severe thunderstorms and flash flooding are also likely in the Midwest and Lower Mississippi Valley.
