Ogles ousted in Tennessee GOP primary as redrawn district aids challenger

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) was ousted in the GOP primary by Charlie Hatcher in Tennessee’s redrawn 5th District, a result boosted by late endorsements and outside money that benefited the challenger; Hatcher was aided by Gov.
