Russia's Interior Ministry has issued an arrest warrant for U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham after he made comments related to the fighting in Ukraine during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Kremlin spokesman called Graham's comments a "greater shame for the country" and the Investigative Committee has opened a criminal inquiry against him. The short video by Ukraine's presidential office caused outrage in Russia as it put Graham's remarks next to each other.
