49ers' Brandon Allen to Start Against Packers as Purdy and Bosa Sit Out
TL;DR
The San Francisco 49ers will face the Green Bay Packers without key players Brock Purdy and Nick Bosa due to injuries. Quarterback Brandon Allen will start in place of Purdy, who is sidelined with shoulder soreness, while Bosa remains home to recover from oblique and hip injuries. Despite these setbacks, coach Kyle Shanahan remains optimistic about the team's chances. The 49ers are also dealing with other injuries, including cornerback Charvarius Ward and left tackle Trent Williams, who is questionable for the game.
