TL;DR

The Detroit Lions have unveiled their new alternate helmets, which feature the team's staple color, Honolulu Blue, and the walking lion logo used from 1946-69. The helmets will be worn with the team's all-gray alternate uniforms in two games this season. The Lions are not getting new uniforms in 2023, but are planning an "interesting overhaul" for 2024.
