TL;DR

Florida Gators upset the 21st-ranked LSU Tigers 27-16 in a Southeastern Conference game, led by freshman quarterback DJ Lagway's return from injury. Lagway threw for 226 yards and a touchdown, while Jadan Baugh sealed the win with a 55-yard touchdown run. Despite LSU's higher total offense and possession time, Florida's defense sacked LSU's Garrett Nussmeier seven times, limiting their scoring. The victory snapped a five-game losing streak against LSU and brought Florida one win away from bowl eligibility.
